At LukVuk, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless and transparent service experience.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued to users of the LukVuk App and associated services.
It is designed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and aims to maintain fairness for both customers and service providers.
1. Appointment Cancellations and No-Show Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Appointments cancelled one (1) hour or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Appointments cancelled less than one (1) hour before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking amount.
1.2 No-Show and Rescheduling:
- Users may reschedule an appointment only once, and rescheduling must occur 45 minutes before the original appointment time.
- No refunds will be issued in cases of a no-show or if rescheduling occurs more than once or after the scheduled time.
1.3 Payment Discrepancies:
- If a customer has mistakenly paid for a service that was not availed, or has paid an amount higher than the actual bill, they may raise a request for a partial or full refund.
- Claims will be verified through system records and service provider inputs, and legitimate cases will be processed accordingly.
1.4 Salon-Initiated Cancellations:
- If a salon or service provider cancels the appointment, the customer will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule the appointment at their convenience.
- LukVuk will facilitate rebooking or assist in providing suitable alternative solutions in case a salon fails to honour an appointment.
2. Refund Processing and Timeline
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment within 7 business days.
- A confirmation message (via email/SMS/push notification/WhatsApp) will be sent once the refund is successfully initiated.
- The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary based on your bank or payment gateway policies.
3. Exceptions and Special Cases
- Non-refundable charges such as platform fees or promotional discounts may not be eligible for refund unless explicitly stated.
- Multiple cancellations or refund requests from a single user may result in temporary suspension of their refund eligibility pending further review.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement or unresolved issue regarding refunds, users may reach out to our Grievance Officer.
All complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 30 days.

5. Policy Modifications

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
